  9. The Owner has the right to enter the property at any time for any reason.
  10. The Owner shall not be liable to Client for:
Any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the Property, nor in respect of any equipment or appliance in the Property.
Any loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, strikes, war or any other matters beyond the control of the Owner.
Any loss, damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered by the Client if the property shall be destroyed or substantially damaged before the start of the rental period and in any such event, the Owner shall, within seven days of notification to the Client, refund to the Client all sums previously paid in respect of the rental period.
  11. Under no circumstances shall the Owner's liability to the Client exceed the amount paid to the Owner for the rental period.
  12. In the unfortunate situation where there is a complaint would you please give us the opportunity to investigate the matter further by contacting us within 24 hrs of the occurrence so as we, the owners, can deal with it as swiftly and efficiently as possible. In no circumstances will compensation be made for complaints raised after the holiday has ended or when the visitor had denied the owners the opportunity of investigating the complaint and endeavoring to put matters right.

This contract shall be governed by English law in every particular including formation and interpretation and shall be deemed to have been made in England. Any proceedings arising out of or in connection with this contract may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction in England.

Booking Information

The changeover day is normally Saturday but we are very flexible about this. We ask you vacate by 10.00 a.m. and not to arrive before 4.00 p.m. to enable the apartment to be cleaned in between clients. However, as many of the low cost airlines arrive in the morning , if you are early and the apartment is not ready for you, you will be able to leave your luggage and return later.
