Our
1 bedroom apartment is situated on the same floor as our studio apartment
in the old Nicois building which is 19 rue Neuve.
This
apartment has undergone complete renovation. The double bedroom will
sleep two people whilst the double sofa bed in the lounge will accommodate
another two. The spacious kitchen area has a washing machine, dishwasher,
fridge, oven and gas hob and plenty of storage space as well as a breakfast
bar. In addition, there is a toaster, small expresso coffee machine,
microwave and electric kettle. The bathroom has a separate shower cubicle,
a full sized bath, w.c. and washhand vanity unit.
The main ‘Salon’ houses some of our eclectic collection
of pictures and prints as you can see from the photographs. All the
classic Nicois windows are double glazed. There is also a TV with
video player incorporated plus a DVD player plus a radio/CD player for
your relaxation. In addition there is a phone for incoming calls
and for use for outgoing calls with a phone card.

the studio and the 1 bedroom apartment are next door to one another,
these would suit two families or one large family wanting to holiday
together.
