This
is our new acquisition which has undergone complete renovation similar
to our other three properties. Although small, 23 square metres, this
studio is ideal for 2 people or 2 + a small child or baby. It is located
half way between Rue de la Providence and Rue Neuve and just two doors
down from the oldest Baroque church in Vieux Nice.

The
studio is on the 4th floor at the very top of an old Nicois building
and has stunning views over the rooftops of Vieux Nice from three sides.
In addition, there is beautiful Nicois tiled floor which must be at
least 100 years old. The light and airy studio comprises of one L-shaped
area which has a double bed and table and chairs for eating. There is
a TV with DVD player, radio/CD player and a telephone for incoming calls
which can be used for outgoing calls with a phone card. All the windows
are double glazed and there is air-conditioning in the apartment also.
The separate kitchen is superbly appointed and includes a fridge, washing
machine, dishwasher, oven, hob and hood and is almost indentical in
style to the kitchen in the Rue Neuve 1 bed apartment. The separate
fully tiled bathroom has a replica Nicois bath with a very modern double
shower unit. A glass and stainless steel basin, wc and a heated towel
rail completes the amenities.
