Averil Bedrich has been running Nice Studios
since 2002 with great success, welcoming back clients year after year,
many who have become firm friends. She is a fully registered
bilingual Estate Agent working on the Cote d’Azur selling apartments
and villas. Her territory covers the coast from Antibes to St. Jean
Cap Ferrat. She was an estate agent in England for over 20 years and
has brought the benefit of that vast experience to her work in the South
of France.

We pride ourselves on being the most reasonable, with the highest quality,
self-catering company in Nice and the market leaders in Vieux Nice where
all our apartments are located. We bought our properties at the right
time, price wise, so all our renters benefit as a direct result. All
our properties are situated in the quiet areas of the Old Town in sunny
locations. Each of the properties has its own map on our website so
you can see exactly where you will be staying, if you book!

We are owners of all our properties apart from two which we have ‘carte
blanche’ to deal with as if they were our own. This means that
any problems you might encounter are dealt with by us immediately as
we live in Nice. We are also able, as a result, to be very flexible
in accommodating mid-week bookings and short breaks as we don’t
have to refer back to absentee owners!

When you book with us everything is confirmed by email and payment is
usually made through PayPal or by sterling cheque. We send you full
instructions by surface mail which gives you, not only directions to
the flat, but also fool proof directions from the airport to the ‘Gare
Routiere’ which is approx. 5 mins from all our flats.
When you arrive there is always a ‘Welcome Pack’ for you
and for our returning clients, which we have many, there is an ‘Extra
Special Welcome Pack’. We go through with you what’s on
in Vieux Nice and run you through the other attractions along the coast
and up in the hills behind Nice. We are ‘on call’ all the
time during your holiday and will phone you to make sure everything
is OK. We have phones in all the flats and we also have hairdryers,
irons, ironing boards, toasters, electric kettles and tea pots as standard
equipment. Also available for the young family are cots and high chairs
at no extra cost.
After 7.30 p.m. we now arrange to leave the keys either at the Service
Reception at Terminal 1 or 2 Nice Airport or at a Hotel near the mainline
station. There is a small charge for this of £10.
This charge is ‘at cost'.

Although Nice is the fifth largest city in France, it is still a sea-side
resort and ideal for children. In particular Vieux Nice is great
as it has a super children's’ playground in the Chateau Gardens,
the entrance to which is right next to our Rue de la Providence flat.
There is the little white train which goes right to the top of Chateau
Hill, swimming in the sea, snorkeling, roller blading, absailing and
the golden sandy beach of Villefranche and a wonderful zoo at St. Jean
Cap Ferrat are a short bus ride away. The best day out for children
and adults alike is Marineland at Biot about a half hour bus ride where
you can see killer whales, sharks, dolphins and sea lions. For more
information visit the Marineland
website.
